Ceramics- 6 week session- Zen Coiling with Patty ( In-person) – $249
April 1 @ 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm
An event every week that begins at 3:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until April 1, 2021
The hand building clay technique of coiling can be engaging and meditative, it often lends itself to a more intuitive process of creating. Work with teacher/artist Patty Mooney, look closer at the subtle lines, forms and textures found in nature to create your own sculptural clay forms. Your final pieces can be objects of art or functional vases. Final surface options from glazing, underglaze, sgraffito or keeping the natural color of the ceramic will be discussed. From beginner to experienced, all are welcome.
6 week class registration = $249, includes all materials!

Class size is limited to 4 people due to COVID-19 precautions
Registration closes 24 hours prior to the start of the first day of class.
*Inclement weather- should class need to be cancelled due to the weather, we will try our best to reschedule the missed class. If we are unable to reschedule, we will credit your account the cost of the missed class.
***If you have a pacemaker, its is not medically advised to work on the pottery wheel
