Tai Chi involves body and mind relaxation exercises, slow meditative routines, balance, control of energy flow and Qi Gong, all in an effort to improve health and martial art skills. We will also explore the essential relationship between Chinese calligraphy and Chinese martial art, including the ethics of martial art, the importance of being a good person, and insight into the history surrounding these movements.
