FemGens Opening Reception

February 15 @ 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm

|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, repeating until March 3, 2020

In celebration of Women’s History Month, CelebrateWomxn845 and the Pop-Up Gallery Group (PUGG) are hosting an exhibition of six women, femme, and/or nonbinary artists; FemGens ?

FemGens is an intergenerational show featuring six artists from different backgrounds with different perspectives on the world, art, and themselves. FemGens is more than a show– it’s recognizing six voices from the Kingston community and having them tell their stories through their individual works.

The Opening Reception will be on March 7, 2020 from 5:00-8:00PM at the Arts Society of Kingston (97 Broadway, Kingston, New York). The show will through the entire month of March, with art on view until March 28. Gallery hours are Tuesdays-Saturdays from 1-6PM.
