As an artist, I am dedicated to creating beautiful images that speak to viewers in powerful ways. Through my art, I want to share a vision of the individual and our relationship to each other and to the world. I believe the role of art in society is help make the world a better place for everyone.

My recent artwork was inspired by a dream in 2020. Since then I have painted nearly 100 pictures in this series! Each of the paintings presents the movement, rhythm, and dynamic interplay of just four lines (four fundamental forces of nature, four seasons, four points of the compass, etc., etc.). The compositions relate to movement (currents and paths) in nature, music, and life in general.

These abstract compositions are composed of four hand-drawn, highly symbolic lines: a white line which is the primary line and represents the unique subject or theme, a red line which stands for emotions and passion, a blue line which symbolizes the intellect and spirit, and a green line which represents the physical being and the natural environment.

The colors are highly luminous which is achieved using an ancient glazing technique. Unfortunately the true luminosity is not fully reproduced in the photographs.
